Changi Airport’s Terminal 2 has a new place to pause before boarding. The Sensory Room at the departure gate offers a quiet retreat for passengers to settle, particularly those who feel anxious about flying.
Palettone in Urban Air and Harvest Air covers 160 m² in total, forming a calm, continuous surface that supports the calming mood. Quietly considered, it suits a space built to ease the journey ahead.
Lekker Architect shaped the space around a soft, neutral palette, with curved walls and gentle lighting that soften every edge. The floor needed to run seamlessly into the walls, which made tone everything. Palettone was the one range with the full spread of shades the design called for, and having used Polyflor across many previous projects, the designers specified it with confidence.
